A Fall Getaway

As I mentioned in my previous post, I love the fall season. While this year is different than most, I am still dreaming about a fall getaway. On a certain scale, you could still do one, so I thought I’d share my favorite places, some that I have been to, and some that I want to visit, for this time off year.

Ever since I saw Amber Fillerup’s family trip to Vermont, I’ve wanted to go! Fall seems like the perfect season because the leaves are so vibrant.

Another beautiful place, and one that I have been to in the fall, is Charlottesville, Virginia. It is such a cute town, and of the other times of year that I have visited, fall was my favorite. I love the college area for walking around, but on the outskirts the scenery is so breathtaking.

My last idea, although I am sure that there are many others, is New York City. Although this year may not be the best to go, I can’t wait until I can visit in the fall again. Central Park looks so picturesque and I feel that the weather is perfect.
